Buyer
Job description
?       Follows-up on orders, verifies delivery, approves payment, and
maintains necessary records.
?       Works with engineering to recommend new suppliers.
?       Analyzes proposals, negotiates prices and delivery, issues and/or
adjusts purchase orders in a timely manner.
?       Negotiates vendor contracts, as appropriate.
?       Follows purchasing business processes. Coordinates purchasing
activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain
inventory at planned levels.
?       Interfaces with Accounting and Receiving to resolve problems.
Requirements
1.      Willing work in shift
2.      Bachelor level degree or equivalent in business,
purchasing/materials, supply chain management, International trade,
English or related discipline
3.      Requires a general understanding of supply chain management,
competitive analysis, cost analysis, cost avoidance and reduction,
negotiation, commodity knowledge, information systems / commerce, and
procure to invoice.
4.      Requires a general understanding of the supplier’s business and
processes, and a good understanding of the technical aspects of the
products.
5.      Requires good skills in change management, problem solving,
communication, customer orientation, global business perspective, personal
effectiveness, project management, team skills and quality.

工作描述：
1.      跟踪订货要求，物流，批复等。
2.      与技术工程师一起确定供应商。
3.      分析供应商报价，质量。确保供应商按时按量交货物。
4.      跟踪购买全程。
5.      根据公司采购计划，协助供应商确定和货物交付。
6.      供应商管理。

要求：
1.      能接受倒班工作制
2.      英文，经管，供应链管理，物流，国际贸易，电子商务等相关专业本科和研
究生（优先）以上学历。
3.      有相关采购，物流实习经验优先。
4.      良好的供应商管理，议价，物料管理基础知识等。
优秀的英文沟通表达能力。
