Technical Sales Associate/助理销售工程师
Sell all TI semiconductor products (Analog, Embedded Processing, etc.)
Working Location: South Region(Shenzhen, Xiamen, Zhuhai, Dongguan…), Shenyang, Qingdao, Xi’an
Primary Responsibilities:
-Builds customer relationships
-Communicates effectively and projects credibility
-Understands customer needs (business/technical), creates/proposes compelling solutions, and influences decision making
-Drives for results
-Manages TI's interface and strategy at a particular account or set of accounts
Analog Field Application Associate/助理模拟应用工程师
Focus on Analog includes Amplifiers & Linear; Clocks & Timers ;Data Converters; Interface; Logic and Power Management.
Working Location: Shenyang, Chengdu…
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist customer with design needs:
-Select appropriate devices from TI's product portfolio
-Provide assistance from a TI applications engineer
-Provide training by offering TI's training courses
-Provide appropriate collateral such as datasheets, apps notes, samples, selection guides, etc.
Assist customer with business needs:
-What is the value of the customer's products in their market space?
-How can TI products differentiate the customer from their competition?
-Work pricing or delivery issues to meet both TI and customer goals
-Ensure TI is providing top-notch quality service
Become part of the customer's team:
-Position TI as a business partner to help the customer reach their goals
-Become networked at all levels at the customer
-Know the customer across various company disciplines
Embedded Processing Field Application Associate/助理嵌入式应用工程师
Focus on Embedded Processing includes Microcontrollers (16-bit; 32-bit Real-time and 32-bit ARM) Products and DSP Products.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist customer with design needs:

Analog IC Design Engineer/模拟电路设计工程师
Working Location: Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with system engineer for product definition to
-Understand customer requirements and system function of designed blocks
-Translate customer requirements to design specification.
-Choose process and package & estimate the cost.
Circuits development:
-Block level IC design & verification, schematic entry, analog, digital and mixed mode simulations.
-Communicate with team members to make sure seamless interface between blocks.
-Communicate with layout engineer and review matching, parasitic components, noise sensitivity and electro-migration issue.
-Work with oversea test/product team to define and implement test mode for ATE.
Evaluation and debug:
-Bench evaluation and debug.
-Support for parameter characterization and reliability test to ensure design for manufacture.
