L1 Algorithm Research and Simulation Engineer
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development and simulation of physical layer signal processing algorithms for mobile radio systems.
The task is to develop signal processing algorithms for LTE-TDD physical layer and to enhance a Matlab based link-level simulator.
This simulator serves as a basis for algorithms development and performance evaluation for LTE-TDD.
You need to work on 4GMAX which is NSN internal Link Simulation platform for all radio technologies(WCDMA/WiMAX/LTE).
You need to have close co-operations with global L1 algorithm and physical layer experts,
and also experts from system simulation, system architecture, product development, product research and 3GPP standardization teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master(PHD) of Electrical Engineering / Telecommunications
- experience with OFDM or MIMO technique
- Matlab experience in L1 algorithm research and simulation
- +2 years experience in related area
- Fundamental understanding on L1/L2 techniques in radio systems
