By being responsible for respective contractors and / or service systems which includes management of the processes for the contractor to submit and approve documentation for design, shop drawings, samples, safety plans and risk assessments, variations, schedule and quality related issues under the guidance of PE or SPE.
通过在项目工程师或高级项目工程师的指导下，负责对各个承包商和/或服务系统包括对承包商递交和审批涉及、施工图、样品、安全计划和危害评估、变更、与计划和质量相关事务的过程管理。
Site supervising on a daily basis, adding more on-site experience.
每天现场巡视，增加更多的现场经验。
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
基本职能
1、HELP PROVIDE A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT ON SITE
帮助现场提供一个安全的工作环境。
By Setting a good example by personally complying with the project EH&S Program, understanding that it will be unacceptable for you to walk past any unsafe or potentially unsafe act, without taking appropriate action to rectify.
通过个人遵循项目的环境、健康和安全计划做出良好的榜样，了解若是看到任何不安全的工作或可能产生危险的工作而没有做出适当的行动去纠正是不能接受的。
Participating in Trade specific Risk Assessment review for trades or systems under your responsibility, development of a SWMS for all work activities, and Trade Kick Off meetings for trades under your responsibility, attending Contractors’ daily “Toolbox Talk” safety meetings and other EH&S training as directed by the Construction Manager, partly reviewing subcontractor’s EH&S plan and follow safety documentation process.
在施工经理的指导下，参加在你负责的包段或系统包段具体的危险评估审查，编制安全工作方法陈述，以及出席所负责包段的开工会议，出席承包商每天的“工具箱安全会议”和其他环境、健康和安全培训，部分审阅分包商的环境、健康和安全计划并遵从安全文件上的程序。
On-site supervising on a daily basis; taking action and asking questions where unsure to offer team members.
现场每天进行巡视，当有不确定的地方，应马上采取行动并询问。
2、HELP PE ON PROCUREMENT, CONTRACTS & COST WORK
帮助采购，合同和成本工作
By helping evaluate bidders both technically and financially so as a decision can be made on the successful bidder, participating in relevant reviews prior to awarding of contracts.
通过帮助在技术上和财务上评估竞标者，这样使公司能做出正确的选择，成功定标；参与在签署合同前相关的审查工作。
Helping PE expedite subcontractor estimates and proposals and prepare appropriate BLL estimates and proposals for changes to be submitted to the Client this is to be done in coordination with relevant quantity surveyor.
帮助项目工程师审查承包商的估价和提案，为客户准备恰当的宝维士联盛的评估和提案，此项工作应有相关的工料测量师一同参与。
When quotations/actual cost for variations are received, helping check quantity against actual onsite or get Site Supervisor to do.
当收到变更的报价/实际费用时，应根据现场的实际情况帮助检察报价上的工料或让现场主管来操作。
3、HELP ENSURE THAT WORK IS PROGRESS-ING ACCORDING TO THE SCHEDULE
帮助确保工作按计划正常进行
By partly reviewing overall schedule submitted by relevant contractor and making sure it aligns with BLL Master schedule coordinate this through the Project Scheduler, and reviewing subcontractor’s two-weekly program with PE each week, checking two-weekly against ‘BLL overall schedule’ and subcontractor overall schedule.
通过部分审查由相关承包商递交的总体计划，并确保此计划与宝维士联盛的计划相一致，并与项目进度计划专员进行协调，以及每周与项目工程师一起审查承包商递交的双周计划，检查其是否与“宝维士联盛总体计划”和承包商的总体计划相一致。
Providing copy of two-weekly schedules to each site supervisor who may be monitoring that trade.

Inspecting on-site progress and reporting to PE or CM on a daily basis, making progress photos on a weekly basis.
每天检查现场进度，并汇报给项目工程师或施工经理，每周拍下进度照片。
4、QUALITY CONTROL
质量控制
By being familiar with the project requirements – drawings, specifications, procedures.
通过熟悉项目的要求 – 图纸，说明，过程。
Helping PE ensure that corrective actions are completed promptly and that drawing revisions, repair records and documentation associated with the disposition of the NCR are updated and the NCR closed out timely.
帮助项目工程师确保包商正确完成工作，图纸审查，与NCR部署相关的修改纪录和文件更新，并及时关闭。
Participating in rooms and systems defects walk downs with the Client, end user and contractors when Site Supervisor is unavailable, ensuring that punch lists/defects are completed and closed out in a timely manner.
当现场主管没有在场时，与客户、最终使用者和承包商参加以房间或系统为单位的缺陷整改，确保缺陷整改单按时整改完毕。
Inspecting quality on site and reporting to PE.
现场检查质量，并向项目工程师报告。
