工作职责：
作为SI&EMC 团队的一员，你将协助系统工程组设计、优化和开发高性能的显卡、Pc、手持
电脑和嵌入式产品。你也将和第三方合作以维护高精确度的模拟模型。这个团队的每个成
员都具备突出的个人能力，能够胜任高速设计、模型建立及证明、布局模拟和设备数字口
的制约因素管理。与逻辑组件设计师、PCB和元件工程师一起，使系统特征化和设定物理实
施策略。有EMC知识尤佳。
任职要求：
-MSEE
-愿意致力于微波和无线电技术研究
-熟悉传输线分析。熟练掌握以下工具的使用：oscilloscope，TDR，VNA，质谱分析仪等。

-优秀的英语沟通能力。

Job Description/Qualifications: 
As a member of the compliance Engineering group (SI & EMC), you support the sy
stem engineering groups to optimize, design and develop high performance graph
ics, PC, handheld, and embedded products. You will also work with 3rd party ve
ndors to maintain a high level of simulation model accuracy. The members that 
are part of this group are outstanding individuals that will need to handle ch
allenging high speed designs, model generation, verification and pre/post layo
ut simulation and constraint management of high speed digital interfaces. Work
 as part of a team with logic, module designers, PCB and component engineers t
o characterize systems and define physical implementation strategies. Some kno
wledge of EMC would be preferred as well.

Minimum requirements:
Qualified candidates should have a MSEE.
Favored to have major in micro wave or radio technology.
A good knowledge of transmission line theory is essential.
Experience with lab measurement tools such as oscilloscopes, TDRs, VNAs, and s
pectrum analyzers is a plus. 
Communication skills in English are required.
