Position: Tax Assistant（Shanghai）

职位：税务助理（上海）

Department: National Tax Department

部门：中国区税务部

Reporting: National Tax Director

汇报对象：全国税务总监

Location: Pudong, Shanghai

工作地点：上海, 浦东陆家嘴

 

Responsibilities:

主要职责：

 

1.
Assist to review tax payment

协助税收支付的复核

2.
Coordinate local JV with National Tax Department on tax-related issue

协调全国各家商业公司与总部税务部间的涉税事项

3.
Record, collect and file all tax-related document to Tax Authority

记录、汇总并归档各类提交至税务机关的文件

4.
Assist to implement tax training

协助实施税务培训

5.
Assist to achieve tax planning project

协助完成税收筹划项目

6.
Support invoice management nationwide

协助全国发票的统一管理

7.
Assist to tax audit, tax check and handle tax-related issue.

协助税务检查，税务稽查，并处理一些涉税事项

 

Requirements:

要求：

1.
Graduate of Bachelor, covering all majors

本科应届毕业生，专业不限

2.
Born in Shanghai, both male and female

上海户籍，男女不限

3.
Actively take part in society and social activities, leadership or scholar holder is preferred

积极参与社会实践活动，社团、学生会干部或奖学金获得者优先

4.
CET-6 is a must, fluent at oral and written English, official document skill is preferred

大学英语六级水准，英语口语流利，书写流畅，具备良好的公文写作能力

5.
Skilled at communication and with team spirit

沟通能力较强，具备团队合作精神
