Management Trainee Program

Reckitt Benckiser values the importance of building and growing talent from within. The Management Trainee program lays the foundation for achieving the same and aims at developing future Leaders for the Group. It is a one-year intensive, cross-functional program.

 

Campus Recruitment - 2011

In the Current year we are recruiting for high potential Trainees who are looking to build a long term career with us in Commercial, Supply Chain, Supply Finance and R&D functions. The Assessment process is a rigorous approach to ensure that only the right candidates are selected. We offer attractive remuneration package, training and career development opportunities to the successful appointee.

 

Requirements - We are looking for the following:

Sales & Marketing Trainee:	Supply Trainee:	Supply Finance Trainee:	R&D Trainee:
2010 - 2011 graduates with Bachelor or Master degree, Master will be preferred	2010 - 2011 graduates with Bachelor or Master degree, Master will be preferred. Production: Major in Chemistry, Mechanics, Engineering, etc. Quality: Major in Analytical Chemistry. Production Planning: Major in Supply Chain, Statistics, Mathematics etc	2010 - 2011 graduates with Bachelor or Master degree, Master will be preferred. Major in Cost Accounting, or related financial field.	2010 - 2011 graduates with Bachelor or Master degree. Master will be preferred. Major in Chemistry
Self-starter with strong commitment to solve problems and deliver results Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese Dynamic, independent and has active involvement in extra co-curricular activities Strong analytical skills Good PC skills in Microsoft office Open to travel domestically and if needed internationally
