招聘岗位名称:电热水器产品经理(Junior Product Manager for Electronic Water Heater)

 

专业要求:市场营销类,供热、供暖气,热能工程及经济类专业

 

职位描述:

 

Duties:

 

Help product manager and eventually be in charge the development of identified group of water heating product by utilizing research tools and research function support to define the target customer group through following activities:

Market study, segmentation, targeting and positioning

Explore the consumer insight and product needs of identified consumer and generate the compelling product concept against the competitors

Define the product parameters and shape the competitive advantage

Work with R&D, production team to develop the product prototype and assess consumer acceptance toward the product performance.

 

Work with marketing communication team to define the communication strategy

 

Monitoring the product performance, analyze the change and propose the program to achieve the product business target

Develop product training material to Support customer service function, sales team to improve customer experience

Support product development request submission, product testing or trial

New market opportunity exploration through defined process

Daily communication with related sales channels, departments or functions

Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

 

Qualification:

Communication/interpersonal skill

Initiative and creativity

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

Team-working and self-motivated

 

Willing to understand technical details and willing to run laboratory research

 

Willing to interact with consumers

 

Education Background

Bachelor degree or above; will be graduated in Year 2011.

 

Working experience in customer insight exploration, product qualification, R&D, new product development is a plus.

 

Skill:

Knowledge of marketing, market research

 

Excellent writing and presentation skill both in English and mandarin

 

This position will be the backup for our Electronic Water Heater Product Manager.

After internship, if we both satisfy with each other, we will sign labor contract after your graduation from university.
