主要工作职责 Main Responsibility
l 操作岗位的学习和实践，根据标准化作业进行生产，参与生产现场的改善活动。Trainee in operator role, operate according to standardized work, and participate in improvement activities
l 班长岗位的学习和实践，运用7个质量基础，保证标准化作业，保证生产，协调生产小组的运作，改善工作流程。 Trainee in GAP Leader role, apply 7 quality basics, ensure the standardized work, ensure the production, coordinate work in the GAP, and improve work process
l 主管岗位的学习和实践，负责区域人员的管理和发展，保证绩效目标的实现，并持续改善绩效。Trainee in Supervisor role, responsible for team member management and development, secure the performance objective realization, and improve the performance.
l 能适应倒班的工作状态，毕业后签订就业合同.
l 根据在生产一线的工作表现和个人能力为其定岗，大体的发展方向为：生产管理层，物流专业人员，技术工程师和质量技术员等。
任职资格 Job Qualification
l 本科2011年应届毕业生，机械、工程或管理相关专业 Graduate in 2010, majored in mechanics, engineering, or management fields
l 大学英语四级，较强的英文读写能力 CET 4 and fluent English required
l 熟练使用办公软件 Good at office software
l 有较好的学习能力和分析能力 Strong learning ability and analysis ability
l 有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神 Good communication and team work skills
l 能够在压力下工作，具有较强的坚韧性和独立工作能力 Able to work under pressure, strong persistence and able to work independently
