杭州招聘职位Global Services Operations in Hangzhou Office:
Position of Fund Administrator:
Ø       To act on instruction from investment manager.
    执行投资经理的指示
Ø       Reconcile, monitor and investigate all portfolio (i.e. the fund) activity. This includes cash and FX activity, overdrafts, trades, stock and derivative positions, corporate actions and income due to the fund.
   协调、监督和审查所有投资组合（即基金）活动。
   包括现金和外汇活动、透支、交易、股票和衍生品、股息派发以及基金收入
Ø       Ensure all portfolio activity has been correctly accounted for in the fund’s general ledger. Strike an Net Asset Valuation or unit price as per client requirement
   确保所有投资组合活动在基金总账下的会计科目准确无误
Ø       Provide answers to customer and/or investment manager queries on portfolio valuation, using the home site customer team as intermediary.
解答客户及/或投资经理的有关投资组织估价的问题，如有需要可通过 home site team 解决
Position of Reconciliation Administrator:
Ø       Support State Street’s clients and/or fund administration teams by providing core reconciliation services.
    通过提供核心对帐服务为公司的客户及/或基金管理部提供支持。
Ø       Reconcile, monitor and investigate cash and securities reconciliation exceptions between State Street and external parties (e.g. investment manager, sub-custodians)
对帐、监督和审查所有现金和股票投资组合（即基金）在道富银行和外部机构（例如投资管理机构和二级托管机构之间的差异）。
Ø       Respond to client and/or fund administration queries, if necessary using the COE Oversight team as an intermediary.

Requirements:
  • University or college designation with concentration in Business/Finance/Economics/Accounting preferred.
  • Candidates in other majors with strong passion to build their career in Finance field are also welcome.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English is essential
  • Computer literacy in Excel and Word required
  • Basic Accounting knowledge is preferred but not a must
  • Number sensitive and detail oriented
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Flexible, ready to work on public holidays

杭州招聘职位Software Development in Hangzhou Office:
Position of Application Developer:
    Job Summary
Ø       Develop and maintenance software system in the required technology and architecture under the conduction of senior software engineers and system architectures. The major jobs are system analysis and programming.
    Responsibilities
Ø       Participant in requirement gathering and system specification preparation
Ø       Participant in system analysis and architecture design
Ø       Program and unit test the codes
Ø       Write technical documents in the software development process
Ø       Integrate system models and perform integration test
 
 
 
Position of Quality Assurance：
    Job Summary
Ø       Review and analyze business requirement document and clarify product requirements, create and design test scenario and test case, execute test cases and analyze the test results, track project progress and provide reports; design and develop the automation test scripts. Assume full responsibility of test deliverables as defined in the product development process. Lead test process improvement and quality improvement activities, like requirement review, code review, development process improvement, etc.
    Responsibilities
Ø       Work on review process, including design review, requirement review and test case review
Ø       Design and develop in-house automation scripts based on automation tools
Ø       Create and design test case, carry out test execution including functional test, load test, performance test, etc.
Ø       Report and track software defects, analyze and report test result
Ø       Be involved into the whole project development lifecycle, push on quality improvement and process improvement, adhere to company policies and procedures regarding project development
 
Position of Global Infrastructure Services：
    Job Summary
Ø       To provide global IT infrastructure support, including, Database management, Middleware, Configuration management, Service and Engineering management, Service Desk, Enterprise Storage management.
    Responsibilities
Ø       Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase support and administration
Ø       Middleware development and technical support
Ø       Version control，Software configuration management，Release management
