As one of subsidiaries of OXYLANE Group based in China, Guangzhou office
was established in 1995 and now has about 130 employees, which is 100% in c
harge of the production & purchasing of textile sportswear in South China an
d exporting them to all over the world of Oxylane stores (Decathlon is one o
f the store types). And the majority of our purchased products have been exp
orted to Europe.
Our Guangzhou office is composed of different textile Component Brands,
and the products that we purchase are from underwear, ski suit, jacket to ou
tdoor cap, sock, gloves etc. We cooperate with engineers in France to develo
p and produce textile products, source & manage suppliers in South China, an
d make sure that the products are delivered to the right places in the righ
t time.

"Future Explorer Program" is a campus recruitment program launched by Oxylan
e Group Guangzhou Office. The program aims to explore fresh graduates who ca
n develop their competencies quickly and to be our future managers in our pu
rchasing domain.
All the "Future Explorers" will have 3 months concentrated training (around
March to June 2011).
And then start to work in purchasing team linked with below two positions:
Supply Chain Planner
Technical Merchandiser
Basic requirements for all candidates:

Recruitment - Position (Future Explorer Program)
1. Supply Chain Planner
2. Technical Merchandiser
Responsibilities:
-Ensure deliver sports products on time to customers all around the world
-Manage the orders and establish master production plan
-Optimize the supply of components
-Forecast and manage sales turn-over and margin
-Work with engineers/purchasers in France to source, select and manage suppl
iers
-Develop and industrialize new products
-Guarantee the quality and safety aspects of products you order from manufac
turers
Requirements:
-Playing sports regularly
-Bachelor degree or above
-Good organization, sense of responsibility, ability to anticipate and aptit
ude for cross-function management
-Good sense of figures
-Proficient in English, French will be a plus
-Mobile( work in GZ 1 year and send to other city in mainland China, like Wu
han, Nanjing, Shanghai, Qingdao purchasing office)
