Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation Limited (the “Company” or “ASMC”, formerly known as Shanghai Philips Semiconductor Co., Ltd), founded in 1988 as a Sino-foreign equity joint venture, is an integrated circuits manufacturer located in the Caohejing Hi-tech Park. The Company occupies an area of about 40,000 m² and its registered capital is over RMB 1.5 billion. ASMC’s H shares were listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in April 2006. ASMC is one of the largest foundry companies manufacturing analog wafers in Mainland China. We have fab of 5-inch, fab of 6-inch and fab of 8-inch with the monthly capacity of manufacturing 28,000, 51,000 and 12,000 pieces wafers. The Company has been granted the status as the high-tech enterprise by the State Development and Reform Commission, and is specialized in manufacturing analog semiconductors and mixed-signal bipolar semiconductors. Our standard and specialized semiconductors can be used in a variety of end market solutions, including the computer, telecommunications and electronic products.

ASMC has passed various attestations of quality and environmental management systems such as ISO9002, QS-9000, ISO14001, TS16949 and BS7799. In 2009, ASMC was accredited with the VDA6.3 standard, meaning that it is now an “A” rated supplier qualified to provide the chips to international markets.

The "Building a high-reliability automotive electronic chip manufacturing industry platform" project was listed as State-level Key Industrial Project by the State Development and Reform Commission and City-Level Key Industrial Project by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information. As the first automotive chip manufacturing foundry in the PRC, ASMC has focused on its automotive chip business, which is expected to be a growth driver for the firm.

Title: Assistant Integration & YE engineer    助理工艺集成&良率工程师   5人

Responsibility:

Analyze data from inline data, PCM data, QA inspection and yield feedback, define major problems in the line, drive corrective and preventive actions in the line to improve line yield.

Work with module engineers to analyze the reasons of inline reject, take corrective/preventive actions for inline reject.

Work with QA engineers to analyze reasons for TV/QA rejects. Take actions to reduce TV/QA reject rates.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree and above;
Major in Micro-electronics/ Physics/ Material
Fluent communication skills in English;

Responsibility:

Execute preventive maintenance.

Solve equipment problems.

Analyze equipment problems and improve trouble shooting.

Execute special tasks if appropriate.

Participate in installation and start up of new equipment.

Cooperate with process engineer and process technician to improve process performance.

Guarantee immediate response in case of equipment problems.

Report equipment status to section head and shift leader.

Cooperate with equipment engineer to solve equipment problems and improve equipment uptime.

Cooperate with process technicians to support manufacturing department in all shifts.

Implement improvements in manufacturing performance especially productivity, yield, reliability and cost.

Provide controlled process steps.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree and above;
Major in Micro-electronics/Material/Physics/Chemistry;
Fluent communication skills in English;

Responsibility:

管理一个20-30人的团队

Requirement:

本科以上，理工科专业背景优先，工业工程专业优先

通过全国CET-4英语,一定的电脑基础

Title: IT Shift Engineer  IT 翻班工程师2人

Responsibility:

Perform automation troubleshooting by check TCS/EAP log

Support other system in non-office time, including ERIC, e-NCR, Odyssey, report system, network, PC, printer, computer room, etc.

Support IT call center.

Transfer shift job clearly and register shift record accurately

Co-work with others as a team member, perform tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirement:

University degree in computer science or related disciplines

Be familiar with CIM architecture, know well about EAP system

Good command of English

Good communication and interpersonal skill
