Position:

 

n        3-4 Intern (for Guangzhou)

 

Job Profile:

 

n        Assisting in industry and company analyses as well as market research for benchmarking

n        Assisting in delivering effective data and documentation through quantity and quality analysis

n        Assisting in designing and conducting questionnaires and on-site interview

n        Assisting in file sorting and categorizing

n        Assisting in call selling and customer relationship management

 

Qualification:

 

n        Master Degree is a must

n        Strong problem solving and communication skills

n        Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

n        Desire to work in a fast pace environment

n        Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

n        Good command of verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin

n        Eager to learn

n        Good at call selling

Job Title:         Analyst

Job Location:     Shenzhen

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

--Conduct industry research and organize database to ensure efficient business delivery

--Maintain strong internal work relationships and keep up-to-date on current market issues

--Develop solutions that address business and operation needs

--Interface with other Hay Group practices on regional initiatives and projects and ensure cross-practice working relationships and demonstrate knowledge of Hay Group's offerings

 

Required Qualification:

--Strong interests/ motives in management researching/ consulting

--Relevant degree or above with good knowledge in business management, psycology, or HR

--Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

--Excellent analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills

--Creative and proactive problem-solving skills

--Ability to work independently and in a team on multiple projects

 

 

Job Title:        Associate Consultant

Job Location:     Shenzhen

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

-- Support the delivery of innovative client solutions that meet the client’s unique needs

-- Oversee complex engagements ensuring that projects are completed on a timely and profitable basis

-- Support the execution of a business strategy to penetrate the local and regional market and introduce

new clients to the firms

-- Build relationships with internal and external sources to maximize the penetration of key target account

 

Required Qualifications:

 

--Bachelor or master’s degree in a business related discipline

--In-depth knowledge in at least one of the following HR domains: compensation, performance

management, organization design and development, talent management, competency design, and

leadership development

-- Attention to detail, ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines

-- At least 3 years of corporate HR experience in a leading multinational company ; consulting experience

would be a strong plus

-- Excellent command of English and Mandarin

-- Superior analytical, quantitative and problem-solving abilities
