Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

· Translate NPS raw data from Chinese into English

· Maintain the content of NPS support central

· Collect LCT meeting minutes

· Supporting to analyze customer feedback

Required Qualifications

· 3rd year undergraduate or 2nd year postgraduate student

· Statistics, marketing or related major

· Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English

· Skilled at OFFICE software, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

·Detail oriented
