The successful candidate will provide detailed technical analysis and issue resolution of the various applications. Working as part of the Application Support team, your day-to-day role will involve working as a technical expert in the 2nd & 3rd line Support team. You will be required to quickly gain an understanding of several web applications, have a logical approach, provide detailed and efficient technical analysis and issue resolution.
In addition to technical competency you must be able to communicate with other teams & customers and have a good problem solving skills with the ability to learn and pick up new technologies. Therefore, the successful candidate will be given the chance to learn new technologies and develop their skill set.

Responsibilities:

- Respond professionally to requests for technical assistance;
- Work closely with other teams to solve the customers' requirements;
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner;
- Develop in-depth technical knowledge of those applications;
- Follow change control processes;
- Write and maintain technical support documentation;
- Achieve key performance indicator targets.

Skills/Experience:
Required:

- Experience working with Java development;
- Good communication skills and good writing skills;
- Advanced English;
- Fluent in Japanese.
