Technical Support Engineer-Guangzhou 

Job responsibilities:

1.Visit potential customers with sales force, be in charge of technical introduction and communication
2.Prepare technical documents to meet customers' requirements
3.Product recommendation
4.Follow up project progress from technical perspective, conduct on-site technical service
5.Solve technical issues raised by customers, deal with customer complaints.
6.Help customers to do product test and analysis
7.Deliver technical training to both sales force and distributors
8.Develop technical files and service tools
9.Provide technical support for all sales team and distributors; handle and follow up customer complaints or consultation on technical issues ;
10.Assist Lab & Technical Assist. Manager in managing and update product technical sheet
11.Technical support for Marketing team, participate in related marketing activity
12.Technical support and technical training for Rapid Oil Change Project

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree in chemical or mechanical engineering
2.Good team spirit
3.Take initiative in problem solving
4.Good communicator
5.Good at verbal and written English
