General Job Description
Introduce and interpret updated application to China market
Assist sales and external customer on technical support and application
Organize training seminars internally and externally

Typical Responsibilities:

• Learn updated application from DK and USA factory
  
  
• Feedback application in China market to DK and USA factory
• Develop extension equipment and application locally
• Make up and improve application and installation standard document
• Coordinates with sales in the selling process, marketing activities, providing customer technical support, ongoing advice and product application usage instruction
• After sales service and warranty follow up
• Assist sales to provide end-users and OEM technical support and application plan
• Organize training seminars internally and externally
• Support other team member on customer development and service

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Refrigeration & air conditioning, Master preferred
• One year above related working experience
• Solid knowledge and experience on refrigeration and HVAC system. Installation or designing experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Good written English and spoken English
• Self-motivated, independence and excellent team player
