职位描述：
A. Responsibilities:
1. Performs repair & overhaul on aircraft wheel & brake assembly per customer specifications, OEM specifications and other technical requirements.
a) Read and understand traveler
b) Take apart wheel & brake assembly, clean & inspect for wear, defective and abnormal condition.
c) Adjust, repair or replace parts using appropriate tools.
d) Ensure replacement parts are available & in good quality condition. Assemble wheel & brake units & perform tests as per CMM (Component Maintenance Manual)
2. Reads and comprehends overhaul manuals and technical publications.
3. Be familiar with company’s SAP system to input the demand at the fist time after check.
4. Works accurately and efficiently on individual assignments or as an active team member.
5. Can take part as a member when needed.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the Cell Leader and/or Operations Manager such as 5S, Kaizen, TPM and so on.
B. Education/Experience Required/Sought:
1. will start as Mechanics intern, prefer students majoring in Mechanical engineering or any to-be-bachelor of science
2. Ability to read and comprehend technical publications, CMMs, Work Instructions, Repair Station Technical Manuals to perform duties in compliance with customer requirements.
3. General knowledge of precision measuring tools with skills and prior work experience in hydraulics or pneumatics.
4. Basic Knowledge of tooling and machines maintenance.
5. Can read, write and understand English language.
