北京德尔福技术开发有限公司是美国德尔福汽车系统公司在华建立的独资企业,位于北京市经济技术开发区东区内，公司主要开发汽车发动机管理系统（电子燃油喷射系统）。该产品使汽车发动机性能达到最佳程度的同时，将使汽车排放满足世界公认的排放法规标准，为建立一个更清洁的世界树立楷模。
Calibration Engineer
General Purpose of the Position
Execute and deliver a qualified and robust Engine Management System flawlessly on time to meet the project defined engineering targets and customer specific requirement.
Job Responsibilities
· Integrate and calibrate Delphi EMS on specific engine and vehicle to meet defined engineering target and customer requirement.
o Follow EMS development process and working instructions assure the seamless functional development execution.
o Deliver a qualified and robust calibration on time.
o Technical engineering reports submit.
o Hot Trip/Altitude Trip/Cold Trip testing execution.
o Manage one’s own tech work and project progress.
· Execute the calibration problem solving and focus on calibration improvement continuously.
· Support Calibration Review and maintain the Calibration Database.
· Support to complete the Change Request and implement Change Notice.
· Support Management target and company business strategy.
· Capable to keep close and professional communication with customers.
Position Preference (minimum)
Education:
· Master’s Degree in Internal Combustion Engine or Vehicle Engineering.
Experience/Special Skills:
· Strong technological knowledge on internal combustion engine including detailed understanding of each powertrain module, especially the engine, transmission and emission control subsystem.
· Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
· Excellence Competence for Accountability and Passion for Excellence
· Excellent language skills in oral and written English
· At least C class driver license
