爱立信诚聘HR Intern-Japanese Speaker (HR Contact Center Team)

The position holder reports directly to HR Contact Center Manager, Ericsson China. Position details are:   
Main responsibilities:  
1.To Support Ericsson Japan employee inquiries via email and phone
2.Support HR Contact Center daily operation, i.e. answering HR Contact Center calls, solve employee's inquiries timely on demand 
3.Participate in other HR Contact Center related project as an assistant
4.Coordination for Ericsson Intern and Subcontractor's on boarding procedure
5.Ericsson employee personal file management 
6.Ericsson expatriate management related vendor application and administration
7.Ericsson expatriates medical fee payment handling to Cooperated clinics 

 Qualifications： 
1.Bachelor degree or above from top university, majored in Human Resources, Finance, Organizational Management or English is preferred
2.Service-minded, accountable and patient
3.Strong communication skills
4.Can work under high pressure
5.Can speak standard Mandarin & Japanese
6.CET-6
待遇：每天工作8小时 ,提供有市场竞争力的薪酬待遇  。 
实习地点：朝阳区利泽东街5号 爱立信大厦
上下班班车站: 人大东门、国贸、东直门、地铁芍药居站、地铁望京西站 
工作环境优雅，办公楼是整栋纯北欧木质风格的大厦，并提供独立的可升降瑞典进口办公桌（坐累了可以升起来站着办公） 
需要应聘者至少能提供6个月，每周至少4天的实习时间（公司对实习时间要求比较严格，如果不能满足以上要求的Candidate请绕行） ，能全职较长时间实习的优先，尤其欢迎大四保研和2012年毕业的研二同学申请。
