Sales Assistant

Responsibility ：
1.Check stock, provide quotation and key in sales order into SAP;
2.Track order and good delivery, answer questions about product, orders and delivery patiently;.
3.Check customer's credit limit and push the account receivable on time.
4.Primarily process and analyze sales data for the manager to evaluate sales team, dealer's performance.
5.Communicate inter sales team and with the dealers so as to help the team timely receive, execute and review sales and marketing campaigns.
6.Manage and record customer complaints.
7.Administrative support for routine office jobs in liaison office including answering telephone, customer reception, booking accommodation, stationery, scheduling, examine expenses reimbursement voucher and keep record.

Requirement ：
1.Bachelor degree above.
2.One year related working experiences or above, familiar with the warehouse, logistic related process a plus
3.Good written and spoken English.
4.Familiar with all the office software.
5.Good interpersonal skills and team work spirit.
6.Strong responsibility, hard working, down-to-earth attitude
