招聘职位：

Application Engineer (Location：Beijing)

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Work with US/UK team members to understand SCR system development and support CES China engineering efforts to develop Euro IV/V engine after-treatment system for both Cummins and non-Cummins customers.

·         Conduct required IQA（Installation Quality Assurance） for all test vehicles before test and perform evaluation of system and components performance through the testing.

·         Support aftertreatment system field test from test preparation, data collection, to failure analysis.

·         Participate in full system vehicle testing to prove acceptable system performance. This includes test trips such as environmental cold/hot tests.

·         Responsible for specific aftertreatment component validation. This may include test design, data reduction, parameter tuning, results presentation and post release validation.

·         Work closely with the design group and product development team to ensure technical profile and customers’ requirements are fully met through field testing.

·         Assess the robustness and capability of new designs in meeting their customer expectations through participation in design reviews and field testing data analysis.

·         Support the Failure Incident Review Group to collect data, plan validation test, and data analysis to close out component and system field test failures.

 

QUALIFICATION:

Education: Bachelor degree or above

Experience and other requirements:

·         Good understanding of basic engine components and diesel engine aftertreatment technology.

·         Knowledge of basic automotive vehicle application and mechanical experience.

·         Proficiency in data reduction and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and /or Matlab.

·         Good presentation skills as well as written communication skills both in Chinese and English.

·         Confident in communicating to peer groups, both internally and externally.

·         A team player in cross-functional technical groups/teams.

·         Works with reasonable degree of autonomy, with supervision and mentoring relating primarily to engineering and account handling.

 

应用工程师（地点：北京）

关键职责：

·         与美国/英国团队成员共同开发SCR系统，支持康明斯排放处理系统（中国）的工程工作，为康明斯和非康明斯客户开发欧四/五发动机后处理系统。

·         测试前，为所有测试车辆进行必要的IQA（安装质量评审）检查，通过测试，对系统和零部件性能进行评估；

·         通过测试准备、数据收集、失效分析等支持后处理系统现场测试工作；

·         参加全系统车辆测试，验证可接受的系统性能，包括高温/高寒等测试行程；

·         负责具体的后处理零部件验证，可能包括测试设计，约简数据，参数调整，结果演示和后释放验证；

·         与设计小组和产品开发团队紧密合作，确保实验后可以完全满足技术要求和客户要求；

·         参与发动机审核和现场测试数据分析，评估新机型的稳定性和性能，满足客户期望；

·         支持失效事件审查小组收集数据、计划验证测试和分析数据，关闭零部件和系统现场测试失效事件。

任职资格：

学历：本科及以上

经验及其它要求：

·         对基本的发动机零部件和柴油发动机后处理技术具有良好的理解力；

·         具有基本的汽车整车应用知识和机械方面的经验；

·         熟练掌握数据处理和分析工具，如Microsoft Excel和/或Matlab；

·         良好的中英双语演示及书面沟通技能；

·         能够自信地与内、外部同行沟通；

·         在跨职能技术团队中具备团队合作精神；

·         在工程的监督和指导下，具备适度的工作自主能力。
