爱立信2011校园招聘紧急补招Radio Design Engineer 

Responsibility 
1.Responsible for Ericsson RBS product radio design, verification and maintenance 
2.Design/maintain work to meet project requirement 
3.Follow Ericsson design and daily work process/procedure 
4.To carry out effectively and efficiently for all the activities 
5.Keep study continuously to maintain competition level 
6.Support production when needed 
7.Support manager's work 
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
1.Theory analysis and simulation for radio design. 
2.Verify radio performance 
3.Tuning and optimize radio performance 
Qualification 
1.M.S degree or above, major in Microwave, wireless communication or equivalent 
2.Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing 
3.Solid knowledge in microwave and electromagnetic field, experiences on transceiver design, PLL design, PA design, filter design are preferred 
4.Good knowledge of Wireless Communication systems 
5.Familiarity of making use of Radio Instrument for design verification in effective way with safety 
6.Familiarity of Radio Simulation SW such as ADS, HFSS is better 
7.Strong communication skill and team work spirit 
8.Comprehensive knowledge of technologies 
9.Initiative and positive personal personality 
10.Candidates with TOEIC 730 or above are preferred; TOEIC 850 or above will be exempted from the Ericsson English Examination.
