岗位名称： 猎头助理/顾问助理

 

职责描述:

 

1.和顾问一起理解职位职责描述和客户需求,掌握访寻标准

2.明确访寻方向和目标, 并进行人才访寻及电话面试

3.通过各种渠道访寻候选人，获得候选人信息和简历, ,维护并拓展候选人资料库

4.与候选人初步沟通职位信息，了解候选人的想法，将合适的候选人推荐给顾问

5.帮助顾问整理报告和安排各种时间表

6.保持行业情况和信息的更新,提供潜在业务拓展信息；

 

任职要求：

 

应届毕业生或1年左右工作经验；

喜爱猎头行业

工作主动性强，具备较强的学习能力和观察能力；

具备高度的责任感，能承受工作压力，并按时完成工作；

全日制专科以上学历，英文良好，熟练使用办公软件

2.实习生岗位：

 

Title: Associate Consultant/Consultant

 

Location: Beijing

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Search & Select new candidates for signed job orders, face to face interview or telephone interview the candidate.

2. Recommend the candidate to division manager or client with interview summarization on the WATSE formatted candidate`s CV.

3. Prepare & inform the candidates for the client interview, including company background, interviewer`s information, hiring manager background, team structure, and etc.

4. Help division manager select useful Business Development information, prepare the client meeting materials.

5. Could do solo Business Development in the specialized sector after 3 months joined WATSE

 

Requirements:

 

1.  More than 1 year Executive Search Agency/Head Hunting Company working experience

2. Specialize in one or two sectors from FMCG, IT, Real Estate, Media & Advertising, Pharmaceutical, Fashion & Luxury, and etc.

3.  Good cold calling skills, good interview and communication skills

4.  With proven successful orders in current or previous company.

5.  Better with client BD, and client meeting experience

6.  Fluent in English

7.  Degrees are unlimited

8.  Energetic, Passionate, Smart, Self Learning, Love Challenges, Can work under high pressure.
