OPERATIONS EXECUTIVES
At the heart of the world's busiest port is a team of dedicated professionals who keep our operations running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
PSA Singapore Terminals, invites applications for Operations Executives to join us on a 2 year contract appointment (with opportunity to renew).
The Role
Working in the nerve centre at our container terminals, you will plan and direct container-handling operations using a suite of computerized resource planning and operating systems to ensure that PSA delivers seamless service to our customers round the clock. You will be responsible for the quick turnaround of vessels and ensure prompt connectivity of customers' cargo. You will hone your leadership and people management skills and gain valuable knowledge of various aspects of terminal operations.
Requirements
" University degree, with specialization in terminal operations
" Excellent academic achievement and performance record
" CET-6, fluent in oral and written English
" Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
" Analytical, decisive, conscientious, hard working, disciplined and results-oriented
" Willing to work on a 12-hour shift roster
PSA offers attractive remuneration and benefits :
" Competitive, market based salaries with additional incentive pay and shift allowance; successful candidates can earn up to SGD 3300 (or RMB 17,100) per month
" Annual Wage Supplement and performance based bonuses (4 months' salary on average)
" A suite of flexible benefits to suit your lifestyle including medical and life insurance, holiday bungalows, and a well equipped clubhouse which provides a range of sporting and leisure activities
" Comprehensive training to equip you with the skills for the job
