职位名称：HW Validation(reliability) Engineer

Main purpose of the job
- To lead reliability, environmental and mechanical tests for Beijing R&D program center products
- To ensure trusted and credible test results and results-analyzing for decision making
Key task areas
Provide concrete reliability failures and draft analysis data by using past experience in product creation early phase for Beijing R&D programs
Be responsible for reliability, environmental and mechanical test planning to ensure all test cases completed as planned for Beijing R&D programs.
Identify and follow up errors reported by test engineers from Nokia R&D HW-V labs and Nokia JRD suppliers HW-V labs and BBS partners HW-V labs. Highlight the possible test results deviation according to Nokia specification.
Hold Design Validation build reviews and participate in related R#D review meeting of own projects
Provide sufficient and efficient ReQ support to program, like ReQ training plan and necessary training to factory ReQ engineer. Highlight ReQ failure in PD and PE phase if needed.
Involved in SPR reliability test technologies & test methods development activities.
Collaborate with JRD suppliers and BBS partners in test method and equipment alignment.
Key Competencies for the job
Basic understanding of R&D PD process and ReQ process
Be familiar with Nokia reliability specification and relevant industry standard
Be skillful in normal reliability engineering methods and tools
Fluent English skills (spoken & written)
Good presentation and intercultural skills
