This is a temp internship position for 6 months, we welcome the graduates of Y2011 to join in us.

Job title: Temporary service admin coordinator
 
Job Summary:
 
•    To Work with customer service support staff in handling quotation, reports writing minutes, handling warranty orders,repair orders, deliveries,etc.
•    To ensure timely response to customer or supplier emails and request or enquiries and coordinating correspondence.
•    Demonstrate secretarial/administrative experience with with knowlddge of general office management and admin.
•    Good IT skills and ensure accurate data entry.
•    Maintaining administration systems and compiling databases.
Qualification:
 
•    Good Microsoft/Windows Software user.
•    Written and spoken Mandarin and English is required.
•    Team player, positive attitude, able to work in flexible hours.
•    Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
•    Analytical mind, customer oriented mind.
