Title: Intern-Training Administrator
 
Job Responsibilities
1. Training Need Analysis internally with employees and externally with training agencies or consultant companies
2. Training courses promoting, including communication letter, learning calendar update, etc
3. Logistics of training courses, including communication with internal and external trainers, training room preparation, participation reminding, on-site training management, etc
4. Training course follow up and publication, including training news writing and training material management, etc
5 .Training documentation and employee training profile management.
6. Payment operation in SAP system
7. Other ad hoc tasks
 
Requirements
1. 3rd year undergraduate or 1st year graduate student
2. Proficient in English and Chinese language both verbal and written. English major or HR Management major with good command of English is preferred
3. Excellent communication skills, creative thinking and team spirit
4. Work experience in the Student Union or Student Community is preferred
5. Internship experience in large multinational companies is preferred
6. Can work 3-4 full days a week starting from Mid-January
