Progress Manager学习进度主任

The Role
The Progress Manager is responsible for enabling students to successfully reach their learning objective.
Also, the Progress Manager is responsible for contributing to sales targets as a result of the educational success and satisfaction of the students.
The Student Progress Manager is responsible for contributing to referrals, renewals and other service income as a result of the educational success and satisfaction of the students.  

Profile
•    You love education and culture industry
•    You like working in a multicultural environment
•    You possess excellent English and good presentation skills
•    You project a very professional image
•    You like giving guidance, feedback and helping students with their study plans
•    You are friendly and can build good relationships with students as their advisor
•    You love sales and you are good with people
•    You are trustworthy, presentable and persistent
•    You can work flexible hours
Key requirements
•    Bachelor degree or above, overseas background is a plus
•    Excellent English communication skill, TEM-8 is preferred
•    At least 1 year work experience is a must
•    Strong customer services experience is preferred; education industry background is a plus.
•    Sales experience is a preferred.
