The following is the detailed job description of the Intern position. The job location is Beijing.

Job Responsibilities:
1.     Seek out and source for suitable candidates for various job openings.
2.    Assist associates and consultants in job search.
3.    Arrange and participate in candidates' interviews.
4.     Handle and make cold calls to seek qualified candidates.
5.    Assist in online job posting duties.
6.    Select applicants from resumes.
7.    Prepare and edit candidate's profile.
8.    Other administrative duties such as Chinese-English translation and etc.
 
Job Requirements:
1.    Undergraduate students in 3rd or 4th year of study or fresh graduates looking for job (Need student to be working at least 4 days per week)
2.    Fluent in both English and Chinese, preferably someone with TEM 8 qualification
3.    Keen and enjoy interacting with people
4.    Motivated, diligent and humble personality
