Positions:

 

Full - Time Intern/Assistant

We are an international company, and we are actively seeking brilliant,

energetic and competitive young Chinese people to join us and help us with

some supportive jobs. This would be a great opportunity to show yourself and

gain some excellent experience with a leading entrepreneur in the executive

recruitment industry.

This role will be highly suitable for someone pursuing a commercially

oriented career. Ability to communicate English efficiently is a must. We

are looking for people with a ‘can-do' attitude, who like to get involved

with lots of different tasks and projects and have a sense of fun and

passion in what they do.

For this position, we do need full time or at least 4 days a week people, if you're fresh graduate, it would be great!

Receptionist

·         Receive, screen, transmit and place telephone calls and conference calls  to/from attorneys, client and staff; take message

·         Greet clients and visitors and direct them to appropriate staff

·         Stationery purchase and business cards printing matters

·         Responsible for office support, management and coordination, and keep the office administrative services going smoothly

 

 

This role will be highly suitable for someone pursuing a commercially
