工作职责: 提供电话热线服务,包括上网服务之技术支援、账单查询、回复传真/电邮查询及处理客户投诉。职位要求:大專或以上程度,及相关客户服务热线工作经验亦可。懂计算机操作及有良好中英文打字技巧。操纯正及流利的粤语。如具良好英语对答及书写水平者可获优先考虑。精通互联网运作,熟悉各类计算器操作系统、应用程序之操作和设定(例如微软窗口及苹果计算机,各类浏览器及电邮软件等),可申请“客户服务员 – 技术支援”一职。需轮班工作至凌晨(每班工作八小时)

Job Responsibilities:Provide telephone hotline service, Including the Internet Service Technical Support、Billing Inquiries、Reply fax / E-mail inquiries and handle customer complaints.Requirements:
Fluency in English writing and speaking. College education or above, or Vocational education and work experience related to customer service hotline can also be.With good typing skills both in Chinese and English.Able to speak fluent Cantonese.
Proficient in the operation of the Internet, familiar with various types of computer operating system、application of the operation and set (e.g. Microsoft Windows and Apple Computer, Various types of browsers and e-mail software, etc.).
Shift duty is required until midnight (To work eight hours per day).
