This role provides project support through ownership and management of project documentation and facilitation of project team communications. A Project Administrator sets up the project control book, enters data, tracks issues and changes, produces status reports and handles financial and procurement transactions. They support general contract management through asset management, audit readiness, financial process support, issues management, measurements reporting, project plan execution and.
This role requires closely and directly to interact with PM and project team to perform their responsibilities in delivering services. The PMO acts as the support and supervision role to ensure project delivery processes properly followed.
Required skills
-Passionate, self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skill.
- Strong sense of responsibilities with actions
- Good command of Mandarin and English
- Experience on project management or support is preferred.
