实习生（猎头助理）：

 

工作职责：

1.协助顾问收集行业动态和人才信息，做出行业分析；

2.在顾问指导下分析和研究客户招聘要求，为客户提供有价值的服务；

3.运用猎头专业方式，通过各种途径有效的寻找合适的候选人；

4.参与人才筛选，安排并协调合格候选人的面试；

5.候选人资料系统录入工作等。

 

任职要求：

1.本科以上学历，优秀毕业生优先，要求全职实习；

2.英语口语熟练，工科背景优先；

3.主动性强、勤奋、踏实、坚持；

4.喜欢人际交往，良好的沟通能力；

5.能承受工作压力，喜欢挑战。

6.实习期满，可与公司签订劳动合同。

Trainee

Responsibilities

1. Assist Consultant to collect industry updates and talent information for compilation of industry analysis.

2. Guided by Consultant, study and analyze the talent requirements from clients, and provide added value service.

3. Search candidates using effective sourcing channels with deployment of professional headhunting approach.

4. Participate in talent screening and arrange as well as coordinate interviews for qualified candidates.

5. Data entry of candidate’s information to system.

 

Personnel Requirements

1. Bachelor or above, Preference will be given to excellent graduate.

2. Fluent English and preferably from IT, Engineering, Electronics, or Chemical Pharmaceutical discipline.

3. Initiative, diligent, down to earth and persistent.

4. Sociable with good communication ability

5. Able to work under pressure and like taking challenges.
