JD-Shift Supervisor 翻班生产主管
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, leads and controls the effective use of people, equipment and operation to ensure timely and cost effective manufacturing
- Supervise operators and monitor production performance to ensure quality output meet shift goal.
- To manage and coach the operators to continuously improve the performance and personal behavior.
- To develop shift production management system to ensure sustainability performance
- Provide training and cross training for staffs and coach subordinates and make sure organization competencies meet management requirements
- Maintain production 5S requirement, Continuously doing improvement use modern manufacturing method.
- Ensure safety in shop floor and promote EH&S awareness continuously
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- CET 6 required.
- Major in Mechanical or Electric Engineering/Industry Engineer/Automation prefers.
- Student union experience preferred.
