CIMTAS (Ningbo) Steel Processing Co., Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of Cimtas - FOE incorporated in Ningbo Free Trade Zone, to fabricate power and process pipe spools and assemble process skids and modules with 5.200 sqm shop and 800 sqm office area. 现招聘如下：

<sup>生产工程师:
任职要求：
1．大专及以上学历，机械、材料、焊接冶金等相关专业毕业。
2．能够进行流利的书面和口头英语交流；能够准备英文项目报告以及进行相关交流。
3．能够熟练进行办公和制图软件操作，像AUTO CAD, Word, Excel, Power Point等。
4．为人正直，具有较强的组织协调能力和团队协作能力；有实际生产实习经验者优先考虑。
5．能够在压力下开展工作并具有较强的时间管理能力。


工作内容：
1．审核生产相关图纸。在管道生产前，对工程部发放的图纸，钢管切割计划表，材料表，精加工图进行审核，配合生产主管准备相关技术文件。
2．协调相关的生产、设备维修以及工厂生产安全状况。
3.配合质量部对生产现场的焊接质量进行监控。
4.检查操作工的焊接效率记录。</sup>

<sup>5.对焊接设备进行管理，熟悉每台设备并进行登记，与财务配合不断对固定资产台帐实时更新。
6．配合生产主管，车间领班全面开展生产活动。同时在公司各相关部门进行必要信息沟通、传递。
7．确保车间生产状况和环境符合技术安全要求及中国相关法律要求，并向生产主管和经理提出相应的改进意见。


Responsibilities:
1. To check technical document such as drawing, pipe cutting plan, material picking list, machine detail etc distributed from Work Preparation Dep. before starts the fabrication; to prepare necessary technical document under the leadership of Fabrication leaders.
2. To coordinate the activities related with the Fabrication, maintenance and safety.</sup>

<sup>3. Make quality control with Quality department for the quality of welding process.
4. Check the welding efficiency records of operators.</sup>

<sup>5. Make equipment management, including learning details and doing registration for every equipment, checking with finance department for updates of fixed assets.
6. To work with foreman and Fabrication Management to develop production activities. Carry out internal distribution of the necessary data within the related departments.
7. To make sure fabrication working conditions & environment to be in compliance with the technical safety rules & regulations of P.R. China. Give necessary precautions, improvement suggestions to Fabrication Management.

Fabrication Engineer

Requirement:
1. College or bachelor degree majored in Welding, Metal Material or Mechanical Engineering;
2. With communication ability on spoken and written English. Be able to write English reports for internal use.
3. Be good at Microsoft office software operation, such as AUTOCAD，Word, Excel, Power Point.
4. With good ability of self-motivation and team-work spirit and achieve the collective aim efficiently.
5. Able to work under pressure and with good ability of time-management.</sup>
