2011年嵊州市教育体育局招聘教师政策

一、招聘对象

全日制普通高等院校毕业生和国民教育序列大学专科及以上学历的具有教育实践经验的社会人员。

二、招聘对象条件

(一)基本条件

1.政治思想素质好,热爱教育事业,具备教师基本素质,身体健康。

2.嵊州市户籍。

1)具有嵊州市常住户口的人员(以报名当日户口所在地为准)。

2)嵊州市生源全日制普通高校2011年应届毕业生(报名时提供就业推荐表、就业协议书或报到证)。

(二)必备条件

1.年龄25周岁及以下(198611以后出生,年龄以身份证上出生年月为准)。应届毕业生年龄不限。

2.具有教师资格证书。

3.大学期间所学专业或教师资格证书任教学科与招聘专业(学科)一致(不含相关专业)。

三、招聘方式

(一)应届师范类本科、专科省级优秀毕业生(须省教育行政部门网上公布为准),直接签约录用。

(二)应届毕业研究生,所学专业与招聘学科相一致,经面试素质较好的,直接签约录用。

(三)公开招聘。

四、公开招聘办法

(一)招聘原则

贯彻公开、平等、竞争、择优的原则,采取公开报名,统一测试,择优聘用的方式进行。各招聘专业(学科)根据招聘指标数,按笔试、面试总成绩从高分到低分择优聘用,并在推出的工作岗位中自主选择,高分者具有优先选择权。

(二)测试分笔试、面试。

1.笔试科目和内容

1)笔试科目

教育基础知识。根据中学、小学、幼儿园教师岗位的不同要求,分别命制试题。

学科专业知识。

专业知识部分占70%,教育基础知识部分占30%

2)笔试内容

教育基础知识。包括教育学、心理学、新课标、教材教法等。

学科专业知识。笔试内容为报考的本学科专业知识,高考难度。

2.面试

1)面试对象确定:根据笔试成绩,各招聘专业从高分到低分,以11.5比例确定参加面试对象。

2)面试方式:采用结构化面试方式,着重测试应聘者的教师基本素质。

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    业由高分到低分以11的比例确定参加体检对象,体检标准按招考公务员体检标准执行,体检合格者予以聘用。报名数不足招聘计划1.5倍的专业,酌情核减招聘计划。如出现笔试、面试总成绩并列,超出招聘计划时,笔试成绩高者优先聘用。

4.体检与考察

体检按2011年公务员录用体检标准的相关规定执行。由人事局和教体局统一组织实行,以指定医院体检结论为准。考察工作参照《浙江省公务员录用考察工作细则(试行)》(浙人发〔200858号)有关规定执行。如有体检、考察不合格者,将在同专业面试合格人员中从高分到低分依次替补。

五、公开招聘政策加分

应届师范类毕业生笔试成绩加2分。

六、招聘时间及专业

公开招聘工作在20116月至7月进行。同时推出招聘专业(学科)及指标,具体详见“2011年嵊州市教育体育局招聘教师简章”。
