POSITION SUMMARY:
Based on direction from Senior Cost Accountant of WAI China, this position will be responsible standard cost maintenance, update and analysis, and be involved in stock take and inventory management from financial perspective.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Prepare weekly MFG package reports including inventory, absorption analysis, variance and inventory adjustment reports.
2.Prepare monthly reports including: MFG monthly package report, reconciliation reports of inventory, inventory turn report, inventory aging report and margin analysis report etc. Also prepare supporting documents for GL adjustment of inventory for need.
3.Standard cost maintenance and update. Provide cost information to related departments. Also support supervisor for cost change analysis and quarterly full cost roll review.
4.Support supervisor to arrange cycle count of inventory.
5.Support finance manager and supervisor for annual budgeting and external audit by providing related cost and inventory data.
6.Other miscellaneous temporary reports and analysis work.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1.College Degree or above majoring in Accounting;
2.At least 1 years experience in manufacturing costing.
3.Good skills of Microsoft EXCEL and PPT;
4.Can work in English working environment. Written English is a must.
5.Hardworking, quick learning with strong sense of timing.
6.Needed communication skills. Can easily work in a cross functional team.
