职位描述

1. 收集各种潜在候选人信息

2. 在规定时间内按照寻访方案进行潜在候选人名单寻访，并进行初步筛选

3. 帮助人力资源顾问安排候选人面试日程表

4. 整理并维护候选人数据库

 

 

能力要求：

1.1年以上直销经验, 猎头,培训行业等优先

2.专科以上学历

3.英文良好的听说读写能力

4.良好的人际交往、沟通能力

5.吃苦耐劳，有服务意识
