职位名称：前台实习生

Job Responsibilities：
1.Answer and transfer all incoming calls professionally.
2.Give warm and professional greeting to all the coming visitors and direct them to the responsible person.
3.Be responsible for all the mails and distribute them in a timely manner.
4.Purchase and maintain stationery and office supplies
5.Daily maintenance of office facilities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of office support services.
6.Coordinate travel arrangements, ground transportation and hotel accommodations for visitors
7.Other general administration support assigned by Admin Manager

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree with good spoken and written English ability
2. Proficiency in PC software.
3. Students in the 4th year of the university are preferred.
4. Can work 5 days per work is a big plus.
5. Good communication and organization skills with professional image
6. Detail oriented, proactive and with strong service orientation
7. Responsible and team-oriented
