岗位名称： 猎头助理/顾问助理-实习岗位
职责描述:
1.和顾问一起理解职位职责描述和客户需求,掌握访寻标准
2.明确访寻方向和目标, 并进行人才访寻及电话面试
3.通过各种渠道访寻候选人，获得候选人信息和简历, ,维护并拓展候选人资料库
4.与候选人初步沟通职位信息，了解候选人的想法，将合适的候选人推荐给顾问
5.帮助顾问整理报告和安排各种时间表
6.保持行业情况和信息的更新,提供潜在业务拓展信息；
任职要求：
2012年毕业大三学生或已报送研究生大四学生；
喜爱猎头行业
工作主动性强，具备较强的学习能力和观察能力；
具备高度的责任感，能承受工作压力，并按时完成工作；
全日制专科以上学历，英文良好，熟练使用办公软件
