Recruiting Position

RESEARCHER (Start from Internship)

Researchers work closely with consultants and receive well-rounded exposure and training that enable them to develop not only into professional consultants, but also experts in diverse functions, industries and markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.         Conduct company and candidate research and analyses across industries and countries in Asia

2.         Select search strategies of target companies

3.         Make cold calls and warm call for daily work Pre-screening of candidates and database management

4.         Preparing candidate profiles and ensuring quality of search process

5.         Telephone interviews of the candidates

6.         Arrange interview for consultants

 

Qualifications:

1.         Bachelor holder with any major; previous experience in search firm will be preferred; Psychology/Engineering majors will be preferred.

2.         Proficient in written and spoken English

3.         Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; hands-on, highly motivated and results-oriented team player

4.         Willing to develop your career path as a headhunter/consultant

5.         Ready to work under high pressure

6.         At least 3 days on duty of every week

7.         High potential candidate will be considered as a regular employee
