JOB PURPOSE:
   
    Ability to understand molecular diagnostic instruments and reagents. Demonstrate products to customers, train distributors and ability to troubleshoot problems of IHC, ISH, FISH & other protocols. Generate business and satisfy customers.
   
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
   
    FUNCTIONAL
   
    •    Front line executive able to keep BioGenex name high in the market, generate prospects and satisfy customer queries.
   
    •    Demonstrate and satisfy customer and get product performed in Customer laboratory.
   
    •    Support sales team with technical aspects.
   
    •    Troubleshoot the problems of IHC, ISH, FISH, etc
   
    •    IHC assay hands-on skill is a must for IHC assay performance.
   
    •    Should have good skill for demos and troubleshoot at customer end while solving the problems.
