Position: Quality Engineer-Entry Level

Quality System
Draft quality procedure, plan and establish the quality system, maintain the routine job in order to meet the related ISO standards and customer's requirement.
Customer Complaint
Communicate with customer and organize MRB to conduct root cause analysis and make corrective and preventive actions in order to effectively resolve product quality issues and address customer complains.
Customer Service
Provide technical support on application issue in order to ensure high customer satisfaction on product and service.
Supplier Management
Cooperate with supplier and engineering to deal with raw material issue, conduct supplier audit, monitor and evaluate supplier's performance in order to improve the quality of product and service provided by suppliers.
Product Quality Issue Resolution
Review NCR report from operators for specific product lines; mark, trace and isolate the non-conforming product and summarize the results; cooperate with MRB to conduct root cause analysis and make corrective and preventive actions in order to effectively resolve product quality issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree major in EE, ME or related.
CET-6, good commanding of both oral and writing English.
Good communication skills and quick learner.
