三. 工作职责及要求
Finance Assistant-intern
Number: 1
Department: Finance
Employee status: Intern
Schedule: Part-time
 
Responsibilities:
1.According to internal payment process, prepare documents
2.Export and local sales billing system operation
3.Invoice Check for expenses claims
4.Other tasks assigned by financial controller 
 
 Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in Finance areas
Good at communication and teamwork
Strong learning ability
Available to work at least 3 days per week
 
 
Process Engineer-intern

Department: Industrial Engineering
Employee status: Intern
Schedule: Part-time
 
Responsibilities:
1.Working with Production process data statistic and analysis, such as SMT DPPM, OEE, Test data, downtime etc.
2.Working with Production process working instruction
3.Fixture management
4.Support Test run in project as test run coordinator
5.Rework coordinator
 
 Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or eletrical engineering
2.Knowledge in electrical measurement instruments and its operation
3.Better to know coding background and normal coding software,such as VB,C++,SQL, etc.
4.AutoCAD and knowledge or project management skill will be perferred
5.Good at communication and learning ability
6.Available to work at least 3 days per week
