三. 工作职责及要求
 
Electrical Engineer
Number: 1
Department: R&D
Employee status: Regular
Schedule: Full-time
 
 
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the power module design, Design delivery on time, cost and quality according to the process and project requirements.
Drive the design activities for technical issue and problem solving during whole product life cycle, be responsible for product continuous improvement of Quality and Cost
Provide technical support for R&D external interface, e.g. production, quality, sales, supplier, HR etc.
Contribute to the activities for the product innovation.
Contribute to the activities for the excellent operation from R&D point of view.
 
 
 Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Power Electronics or related
Experience of Electrical design of DC/DC Power Modules is preferred.
Good communication and cooperation skill.
Good learning and independent ability  
Fluent in English speaking and writing
 
 
Verification Engineer
Number: 1
Department: R&D
Employee status: Regular
Schedule: Full-time
 
 
Responsibilities:
1.Conduct safety approval related tasks within Power module projects or maintenance
2.Complete powermodule verification and reliability tasks within projects and maintenance on time
3.Maintain the lab equipments to ensure have enough equipments for daily verification assignments, and all equipments in healthy status.
4.Make Material declaration and database maintenance
5.Continuously improve the verification process to align with the customer's needs and design quality requirement
 
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in Power Electronics or related
Experience in performing power related tests and operations by using all related electronic equipments ( Power supply, all kinds of loads, soldering iron, Oscilloscope, Oven, etc) without any problem will be preferred
Familiar with Electronics safety approval process, Safety testing capability will be a Plus.
Good communication and cooperation skill.
Good learning and independent ability  
Fluent in English speaking and writing
