Major Responsibilities:

• Assist the design manager to complete all design work;
• Provide project or task management to develop planning concepts and translate them into clear and compelling graphic images;
• Assist in the preparation of plans and renderings;
• Able to complete regular design work in schematic design or construction document independently;
• Able to response to the technical problem in the project and has the ability to provide innovation solution;
• Able to evaluate, select and apply standard architecture procedures and criteria independently;
• To review the workshop drawings of the new projects and work with project manager closely to deliver the buildings on time.

Requirements:

• University Educational background and major in architecture/urban planning and design required, (bachelor of architecture degree preferred);
• Registered Architect is an advantage;
• Minimum 2~3 years in-field work experience in a brand known design institute in a role of architect;
• Work experience in a multi-national company in China is a plus;
• Superb conceptual, design talent, strong technical and communication abilities and has a proven construction experience of medium and large scale projects;
• Master fire code, good understanding of planning rules;
• Good command of English, both in oral and in writing;
• Good command of communications skills and good studying attitude;
• Very good command of PC skills, especially in AutoCAD, Photoshop;
• Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Committed, Passion for design and aspiration for Design Excellence.
