有个外国朋友在深圳做生意，急需一个英语翻译
他的要求如下：
-the person should speak English
-he/she needs to help to find an engineer to make one radio unit (using chips). I have the scheme of it. The engineer should be experienced enough to assemble the item. By the way the engineer may also be a student. The person can use forums to make advertisements (I will give the text in English), talk to other students from other departments etc.
-as soon as the engineer is found the person work will be to describe the task to him and communicate with him by making calls or maybe meet with him several times.
-no papers required
-the work is distant - no workplace needed.
-the salary is negotiable
-most of the time will be spent on finding the engineer who can accomplish the work. Then just communicate with the engineer and me.
