1. Senior Analyst
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing investment recommendations
- Due diligence on investment ideas with industry research, valuation analysis and solid financial modeling
- Interact with sell-side analysts and industry experts
- Communicate extensively with the lead Portfolio Manager to identify new opportunities and risks and go beyond typical fundamental research to discover and stay ahead of the curve on both long and short investment opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience as an equity analyst covering HK/China; buy-side experience covering multi-sectors encouraged
- Have a strong understanding of 5 specific investment ideas (either A shares or H shares)
- Experience in Agriculture, Healthcare or Green Energy will be looked upon favorably
- Possessing a bachelor degree is essential, MBA, or CPA/CFA a plus
- Fully competent in financial analysis and modeling, reporting and presentation
- Strong capabilities to think logically and independently
- Sociable and personable, a good communicator with strong team work ability
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin a must
- Based in Shanghai, require frequent travel within China

- 本科及以上学历,MBA, CPA/CFA为佳
- 较强金融分析，建模，报告撰写及陈述能力
- 独立思考能力及思维逻辑性强
- 优秀的社交能力及团队协同工作能力
- 语言能力：英文及中文交流流畅
- 工作驻地为上海，能适应在全国范围内较频繁出差
2. Macro Analyst
Responsibilities
- Build the in-house macro and industry database with the analysts and tracking industry dynamics and policy/regulatory trends
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators and industry sector trends; Identify important macro, sectoral and industry-specific factors, and advise PM and the team with respect to sectoral trends and risks/opportunities;
Qualifications
- Well informed on regulatory trends and government policy direction and intent, China macro economy themes with a strong personal understanding of policy impacts on the broader Chinese economy and industries
- Ability to articulate the implications of changes in a clear and concise form to investment managers, analysts and senior management.
- Extensive research and analysis experience and a deep understanding of investments in China-related companies.
- Master degree in Economics. PhD seen as a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin a must
- Minimum of 5 years experience.

- 能够向投资经理，分析师和高级管理人员清晰明确的讲述传达趋势变化
- 拥有广泛的分析研究经验，对中国相关企业有深入了解
- 经济学硕士及以上学历，博士更佳
- 语言能力：英文及中文交流流畅
- 至少五年工作经验
3. Analyst
Responsibilities
Assist the senior analysts in due diligence, preliminary industry analysis and financial modeling
Qualifications
- Fully competent in financial analysis, modeling and reporting
- Strong quantitative aptitude and qualitative reasoning
- 2-3 years of experience in equity research or minimum 3-4 years experience with big four accounting firms
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin a must
