Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to requests for technical assistance;
- Work closely with other teams to solve the customers' requirements;
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner;
- Develop in-depth technical knowledge of those applications;
- Follow change control processes;
- Write and maintain technical support documentation;
- Achieve key performance indicator targets.
Skills/Experience:
Required:
- Experience working with PHP technology;
- Understanding and use of SQL and relational database concepts;
- Ability to approach complex technical issues logically and perform root cause analysis
and resolution;
- Experience of working to diagnose issues in a web application environment;
- Good communication skills and good writing skills;
- Advanced English.
